Marbrax CAD 308

Lubricating system oil for low speed marine engine crankcases, with separate cylinder lubrication. Marbrax CAD 308 minimizes engine deposit build-up and prevents wear and corrosion of the lubricated parts. Its additives assure low oil oxidation, low foaming, alkaline protection and good water separation. It is recommended for bearings and circulation systems in marine engines running on any fuel, even with high sulfur contents. Marbrax CAD 308 is approved by Sulzer and MAN B&W for use in their two stroke engines. Additives - antirust, antifoam, antioxidant, antiwear, detergent, dispersant and pour point depressant.

TRUNK PISTON ENGINE OILS
 

Marbrax CCD

High performance diesel engine oil developed for medium speed trunk piston engines. Marbrax CCD protects the engine parts against wear and corrosion. It is formulated to show high oxidation stability and deposit control and excellent water separation. It also has good BN retention to neutralize acidic products that come from combustion. Marbrax CCD 310 and 410 is recommended for diesel engines burning distillate fuel with generally less than 1.0%wt. sulfur content. Marbrax CCD is also recommended for the lubrication of turbocharger bearings that require lubrication by the engine oil and for reduction gears under moderate loads. It may be also used in some air compressors, even with high moisture content. It is approved by major marine engine manufactures, including MTU, Wärtsilä, MAN B&W, Daihatsu, Pielstick and Caterpillar Motoren (MaK).

Lubrax Top Turbo

Multigrade super high performance lubricating oil for high power overcharged or turbocharged Diesel engines under heavy loads. Lubrax Top Turbo minimizes engine and filter deposit build-up, and prevents wear and corrosion of the lubricated parts. Its additives assure low oil oxidation. LUBRAX TOP TURBO is qualified according to Mercedes Benz 228.3 specification as a multigrade super series 3 oil, allowing extended drain intervals up to 45,000 km in highway applications where the fuel sulfur content has the maximum value of 0.5% wt. It is is recommended for the lubrication of diesel engines in buses, trucks and tractors, for highway, off-road and city traffic, such as CATERPILLAR, CUMMINS, FORD, GMC, IVECO, MERCEDES BENZ, MAN, MWM, PERKINS, SCANIA, VOLVO, YANMAR and those equipped with exhaust gas recirculation (EGR). Lubrax Hydra HV

High performance hydraulic oil with high viscosity index and low pour point, developed especially for systems which operate under severe pressure and wide range of temperature. It is an universal hydraulic oil recommended for marine hydraulic equipments and high pressure hydraulic. The ISO viscosity grades 68 and 100 are particularly suitable for use in agricultural equipment that require a fluid with viscosity index equal to or greater than 150. Lubrax Hydra HV is formulated with paraffinic base oils and special additives that confer him a high oxidation resistance, wear protection and resistance to foaming. It also has a guaranteed low temperature fluidity and high viscosity index, making it suitable for hydraulic systems subjected to large temperature variations in different climates.

Lubrax Hydra XP

Oil for hydraulic systems operating under severe pressure and temperature conditions. It prevents wear and corrosion of the lubricated parts. It is formulated with paraffinic base oils and its special additives assure a high oxidation stability, wear protection and resistance to foaming. It is specially recommended for high pressure hydraulic systems, like elevators, mining equipment, plastic molding and injection machines, presses and machine tools. Hydra Lubrax XP meets the stringent requirements of hydraulic equipment manufacturers, including Cincinnati Machine thermal stability tests, Denison filterability test and wear tests specified by Vickers and Denison.

Lubrax Turbina Plus

Lubricating oil for use in turbines, gearboxes, circulatory systems, and hydraulic systems on light service. It is formulated with special paraffinic base oils with higher oxidation resistance and better water separation properties. It prevents corrosion of lubricated parts and their additives guarantee a high resistance to oxidation, good deaeration and low foaming. It is recommended for the lubrication of hydraulic, steam and gas turbines. It is also recommended for use in marine and industrial gearboxes (without extreme pressure conditions), circulatory systems, compressors, pumps, vacuum pumps, hydraulic machines (presses and lifts on light service), oil lubricated electric motors and bearings (simple or antifriction). It can be used whenever indicated an oil with high oxidation resistance, corrosion protection and excellent water separation.

Lubrax Gear

Lubricating oil for closed gears and industrial gear boxes under severe duties and high loads. Lubrax Gear controls wear and corrosion of the lubricated parts and its additives provide extreme pressure characteristics and resistance against oxidation and foaming. It is not corrosive to copper and its alloys, being free of lead and other toxic agents. It is recommended for the lubrication of closed industrial gears, like spur, helical, bevel, spiral bevel, herringbone, rack and pinion and worm, under severe duties and heavy loads.

Lubrax Gear PAO is a range of 100% synthetic lubricating oils that afford exceptional oxidation resistance, good demulsibility and high thermal stability. It contains specially formulated synthetic (polialfaolefinic) basestocks that extends lubricant life, increases gear life and reduces power consumption. Lubrax Gear PAO provides excellent anti-wear and load carrying capability, as well as strong rust inhibition and demulsibility performance. Its formulation provides good low temperature fluidity performance for easy startup. The product can be used in a wide temperature range.

Lubrax Compsor RF

Lubricating oil for refrigeration and air conditioning compressors used in marine and industrial equipment. Lubrax Compsor RF is formulated with naphthenic base stocks which allow its use in open refrigeration systems, and it is moisture-free. Lubrax Compsor RF is compatible with the majority of refrigeration gases, like ammonia, carbon dioxide, methyl chloride, freons, which show low solubility in oil. Lubrax Compsor RF can also be used whenever required a naphthenic oil without special additives.

Lubrax Compsor GAS

High performance synthetic lubricant for gas compressors. Lubrax Compsor GAS is a 100% synthetic lubricating oil, PAG (polyalkylene glycol) based specifically formulated for the lubrication of gas compressors in marine and industrial service. It provides excellent wear protection, high thermal stability, minimal gas solubility and reduced foaming. It is recommended for use in Burckhardt Compression AG`s Ktype gas compressors. It should not be mixed with mineral oil and other synthetic type fluids. It is recommended for the use in enclosed type compressors operating on liquefied natural gases (methane, ethane) liquefied petroleum gases (propane, butane), hydrocarbon chemical gases (ethylene, propylene and butylene) and other chemical gases such as ammonia, VCM and butadiene.

Lubricating oil for air, helium, nitrogen or carbon dioxide compressors. Lubrax Compsor AC prevents wear and corrosion of the lubricated parts. The product holds small particles in suspension, thanks to its detergent/dispersant additives, keeping the machines clean. High performance synthetic oil for reciprocating air compressors. The compatibility between the oil and elastomers, plastics and paints should be checked. High performance synthetic oils for air compressors. Lubrax Compsor PAO is a range of 100% synthetic lubricating oils, PAO (polyalphaolefin) based. It protects the lubricated parts against wear and corrosion, even with the adverse effects in moist environments. Its formulation provides good low temperature fluidity performance. The product can be used in a wide temperature range. Lubrax Compsor PAO is recommended for the lubrication of rotary and centrifugal air compressors operating under severe conditions in marine and industrial applications. It reduces maintenance costs by preserving and keeping the compressor components cleaner. The drain intervals can be up to 8 times longer if compared to mineral oils.

HEAT TRANSFER FLUID
 

Lubrax Utile OT

Paraffinic oil for heat transfer in indirect heating circulation systems. Lubrax Utile OT has additives which avoid corrosion and increase oxidation resistance, decreasing thermal cracking effects. It is neither corrosive nor toxic. It is specially recommended for open systems with operating temperatures from 180°C to 200°C. In inert gas sealed closed systems, oil presents good performance at temperatures up to 300°C, without alteration of its physico-chemical characteristics, provided adequate conditions for oil heating and circulation are observed. Under these circumstances, the oil life span is shorter.

Lubrax Betumen FLD

Asphalt based lubricating grease, diluted with volatile non-flammable solvent, for heavy equipment lubrication. Lubrax Betumen FLD has properties of adhesion to metal surfaces and resistance to water washout and after solvent evaporation it forms a flexible and adherent film, which allows its use even in equipment exposed to the atmosphere. It is recommended for the lubrication of low speed open gears, chains, wire ropes and heavy machinery in general, either agricultural, industrial, building, earthwork, transportation or mining. It may be applied manually, as with brushes, by immersion, grease pistols and hand oilers as well as by means of centralized systems. Lubrax Betumen FLD 250 is approved by KRUPP POLYSIUS and VILLARES for use in exposed chains and ropes.

Lubrax Calcium Eco

Biodegradable calcium complex based lubricating grease. It is a special lubricating grease, formulated with a calcium complex soap, showing environmental benefits and providing excellent protection against corrosion, wear and water contamination, even in hostile conditions. Lubrax Calcium Eco 2 is suitable for use across a wide temperature range, up to 120°C, with a maximum temperature peak of 140°C. The good pumpability allows the use of pressurized lubrication systems during the lubrication. Its special thickener grants excellent surface adherence and water spray-off resistance, keeping the equipment protected longer. It is recommended for marine, offshore and industrial applications where a high-performance biodegradable grease is required. Lubrax Calcium Eco 2 is particularly recommended for the lubrication and protection of wire ropes in shipyards, ports, ships and oil & gas production and exploration platforms in sensitive marine environments.

Lubrax Lith

Multipurpose lithium soap lubricating grease for industrial application. It is available in the NLGI 00, 0, 2 e 3 grades. Lubrax Lith has oxidation and water washout resistance characteristics and can be used in moist environments or those subject to water or steam contamination. It can be employed from 0oC to 130oC in operation, tolerating peaks of until 150oC. LUBRAX LITH 2 and is formulated with antioxidant additive, and are recommended for lubrication of gears, couplings, and roll and plain bearings, like those installed in compressors, pumps, electrical engines and mechanical equipments in general. Lubrax Lith 2 is approved by HELLER, WEG, GROB and VOEST-ALPINE.

Lubrax Lithplus EP 2

Multipurpose complex lithium soap lubricating grease for industrial and automotive applications. It contains sulfur and phosphorous extreme pressure additives and is lead free. Lubrax Lithplus EP 2 has a very good performance even in high and low temperatures, oxidation resistance, antiwear and extreme pressure characteristics, together with an excellent mechanical stability. It is recommended for lubrication of parts subject to high loads and shock loads. It can be used in roller or slide bearings, gears and coupling found in steel mill rollers, paper machines, press crushers and cranes, and couplings and wheel centers in automotive applications. Lubrax Lithplus EP 2 can be used continuously under high temperatures (until 250oC) or low temperatures (until -200C). It has an excellent water washout resistance and rust protection and can be applied by pistol or centralized systems.
