Nomination

Nomination for lubricants should be clear and complete containing the following information:

  • Name of owner or operator;
  • Name of the payer;
  • Name and IMO of the vessel;
  • Type of trip (domestic or international traffic);
  • Port and point of delivery;
  • Both delivery and arrival dates;
  • Next and previous port of call;
  • Products, quantities, packages and method of delivery required;
  • Name and telephone number of vessel's agent at port of delivery;
  • Any unusual details which would affect access or delivery to the vessel.
